The Green Lungi Tree Plantation Event -7th July 2013

This Saturday was different for many of us who usually see early morning sun only on weekdays when there is an early meeting scheduled. No, you got it wrong. It was neither a cricket match nor an early morning drive to Nandi hills  . We all had assembled at Adobe premises to go for the Green Lungi Tree Plantation event :) :)
The reporting time was 8:10 am and  everyone was  on time, the credit obviously going to our event planners - Niharika and Ankita . They made sure that we all wake up on time and reach office. Since  many  people were new ,  Nagesh, the principal driving force behind the ACTION group here in Adobe, Bangalore set the context for this activity and what Action does in general. What followed was a formal introduction round where everybody introduced themselves while  i , as usual almost stammered through it :) :) . Meeting new people is always a delight and always been one of the primary reasons for joining such activities.

When we reached  our destination , it was overwhelming to see so many people( volunteers from KPMG, Jyoti Nivas College ) had turned up for this event. The weather till then was amazing, there was music in the air ( thanks to Army Band and Aurko Band ) and everyone of us were excited about the upcoming activity. The rest of the story in pictures :) :)
